Personalized items are prepared after your order is placed. Processing times vary depending on the product, personalization options and current production volume.

Delivery times depend on the product ordered, destination, shipping method, production time and carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items

If your order contains different products, some items may be produced or shipped separately. You may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Shipping Address

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
