Personalized items are made to order. Production times vary by product, personalization requirements and production partner. Contact us at contact@puzzlebi.com before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days, including personalization, production and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Contact us at contact@puzzlebi.com before ordering if you need help with delivery estimates.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment, based on your items and delivery address.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items

If your order contains different products, some items may be produced or shipped separately. You may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
